Everoze advises PiP on 30 MW solar portfolio acquisition

Everoze advised Pensions Infrastructure Platform (PiP) on the acquisition of six 5MW ground mount solar farms in the UK, developed and built by Trina Solar Limited.  Acquisition of the initial tranche of three operational solar farms connected by the end of March 2016 has been successfully completed, with the remaining projects to follow once operational.  Everoze was especially pleased as this was the third significant solar portfolio for which Everoze has supported PiP in their capacity as lender or investor.

Joe Davis of PiP says: “We were pleased to have been able to work with Everoze Partners Ltd as our technical advisor for this acquisition.  The technical knowledge and industry understanding of the Everoze team was key to helping us quantify, manage and mitigate project risks, leading to a successful acquisition.  The responsiveness and quality of advice from Joss, Christophe and the team was really appreciated.”

Everoze looks forward to continue supporting PIP on the portfolio with technical advice during the operations period, including drone inspections.  The Everoze work was led by UK partner Joss Boxford, supported by a broader project team including French partner and solar specialist Christophe Campistron.
