Everoze was delighted to advise Triodos Bank and Low Carbon Hub in the financing process for the subsidy free 19.2MWp Ray valley Solar Farm, located in Oxfordshire in South West England.

Everoze carried out the technical due diligence to support the refinancing. The due diligence scope of work consisted of review of technical documentation relating to the site grid connection, permitting and design and technology selection, alongside review of the project contractual suite and financing assumptions, including long term energy production.

Tom Heel, Business Development Direct at Low Carbon Hub commented “Everoze has played a key role in the project to date ensuring all commercial and technical aspects align for Low Carbon Hub and Triodos as the lender.”

Following completion of the due diligence, the solar farm is now due to enter construction in Q3 2021.

Chris Cullen, Relationship Manager at Triodos added “Everoze’s mix of commercial and technical expertise helped the due diligence process flow well throughout the initial phase of the project and we look forward to working with them throughout the construction and commissioning phases.”

Everoze’s work was led by Jeremy Cruickshank, with support from the broader Everoze solar team.
