Joanna previously led the development of commercially focused advice for the global project engineering teams at Garrad Hassan. With a fluency in commercial project structuring to complement a broad technical base, she provides an expert perspective on any project transaction:
- Oversight and approval of more than 300 due diligence projects pre-construction and in operation across solar, wind and marine renewables;
- Vendor’s technical due diligence for 6 offshore wind projects;
- Technical due diligence for 17 equity investments in offshore wind energy and tidal energy.
