Salary
We pay a competitive basic salary related to your experience and location. The unique part that we’re really proud if is our peer-pay approach: salaries are openly listed and reviewed annually by a peer group to reward your development. We found that making salaries open and democratised improves satisfaction and fairness and minimises bias.
Pension scheme
UK – We’ll auto-enroll you into a salary sacrifice pension scheme to make sure that between you and us we contribute at least 8% of your salary. Everoze pays 6% on of the first £64k of everyone’s salary and a gradually reducing percentage for portions of salary above this. You’ll be free to manage how your pension is invested and make your own additional contributions.
ES – In place of a pension scheme, Everoze pays the equivalent amounts to the UK scheme as additional pay for you to make your own investments.
FR – Everoze contributes to state pension and offers/abunds the « PERCO » pension scheme (Collective Retirement Savings Plan).
Annual profit share
We have a scheme in place to share a portion of our annual profit with all Everozians. Once we make sufficient profit, which we always have since we introduced the scheme in 2017, a portion of that profit is paid with everyone getting the same payment except for adjustments to account for part-time working or people joining part way through a year.
Route into company ownership in the long term
There are opportunities every year to become a shareholder of Everoze or increase your existing shareholding. Right now, over 90% of Everozians have shares in the company.
A flexible approach
We believe that a strong and healthy work life needs a strong a healthy home life. We encourage flexible working practices for all to be there for the kids’ swim lessons, a favourite hobby or learning new skills. Many of our partners work part time or adopt other flexible ways of working to achieve this balance within our self-managed structure.
Parental rights policy
Parental leave for birth and adoption is available both for opposite sex and same sex couples.
Extra days of annual leave
All staff can purchase another 2 weeks of annual leave per year (pro-rata to full time working) in case they run out of days.
