Acquisition of 32 onshore windfarms

Everoze was delighted to provide technical advisory services to CK Infrastructure, on their acquisition of 32 onshore windfarms in the UK from Aviva Investors, with a gross capacity of 175MW.

Everoze conducted an initial red-flag technical due diligence of the portfolio and conducted follow-up detailed due diligence in key review areas to provide the client with sufficient understanding and comfort relating to key areas of potential risk.

Everoze also conducted site visits across Scotland and England to provide the client with validation of the site and asset conditions.
