Everoze advises CEPAC on +150MW French Greenfield Portfolio

Everoze was delighted to advise Caisse d’Epargne CEPAC on the technical side for the debt financing of a +150MW French wind and solar greenfield portfolio developed by Neoen.

Everoze’s scope of work included energy yield, consenting, land agreements, grid, tariff, environmental constraints, technology and design, construction and operation contracts, and financial model inputs. Everoze employed its industry leading Due Diligence on Demand process, ensuring a robust risk assessment, smooth communication and continuous identification of open or risk items. Through the process, efficient mitigation measures were discussed and agreed between the parties, allowing the technical risk profile of the projects to reach an acceptable level.

While signing for the first and second batches of projects occurred respectively in Q4 2018 and Q1 2019, third batch is planned for the end of the year. From projects closing, Everoze scope of work also includes construction monitoring until final inspection right before take-over.
