Everoze advises Capital Dynamics on acquisition of 170 MW of solar projects in Italy

Everoze was pleased to advise Capital Dynamics on the acquisition of ca. 170 MW of solar PV projects located in Sicily, Italy. Once operational, the projects are estimated to generate approximately 324 GWh of clean energy per annum – equivalent to over 87,000 tons of avoided CO₂ emissions and enough electricity to power over 63,500 homes per year.

Everoze’s scope of work included the review of site suitability assessment, technical review of permits, grid connection offer review, technology and design review and independent energy production assessment.

Everoze’s work was led by Dario Brivio supported by a broader project team including Stefan Mau, Marina Presas and Imène Khaled.
