Everoze was delighted to advise an international investor on the potential investment into an innovative solar storage business, focussing on cPPA driven European markets.

Everoze scope was to review the management team’s capacity and growth plan of the target company, the feasibility of its co-location business model in five countries, its competitive position and potential market share, the development pipeline, and to undertake high-level technical Due Diligence on operating projects and projects under construction, as well as to provide techno-economic input to the valuation model.

The work was delivered via LiveDiligence, providing earlier and ongoing access to the review findings.
