MYOSOTIS lender technical due diligence

Everoze was delighted to advise LBBW on the debt financing of the MYOSOTIS wind farm located in Ardennes, France. The wind farm has been developed and will be built by H2AIR. The wind farm will have 12 Vestas V150 wind turbines for a total capacity of 42.6MW and will be connected to the 66kV transportation network through H2AIR private substation.

Everoze’s scope of work included technical review of permits, grid, tariff, land, technology, design, environmental constraints, construction and O&M contracts for the wind farm and the private substation, energy yield and financial model.
Financial close occurred in December 2021. Following financial close, Everoze’s scope of work will consist of construction monitoring, drawdown approvals, site visits, WTG inspections and take-over approval. Wind farm commissioning is scheduled for mid-2023.
