Stor-Energy engaged Everoze to support them in the evaluation of techno-commercial capabilities and offerings from BESS Integrator/OEMs for a portfolio of stand-alone BESS projects across Australia.

Everoze worked as part of a close-knit team with Stor-Energy to navigate the various technical and commercial aspects of a maturing technology amidst a rapidly changing market environment, to evaluate offerings that deliver varying merits. It was not a straight-forward evaluation, and Everoze delivered against the criteria and provided recommendations to address key procurement risks.

Jeremy Every, Head of Engineering at Stor-Energy, said of our involvement: “It has been fantastic working with the team. Looking forward to working again with Everoze as our developments and OEM engagement progress.”

Everoze worked very closely with Stor-Energy on the following scope of work:

  • Engaging in a RFI process with the shortlisted OEMs to conduct detailed techno-commercial review of their solution offerings, including negotiations on key terms
  • Preparing detailed evaluation comparing key selection criteria, and produced resultant weighted scoring, covering:
    • Governance, HSE, ESG
    • Track Record and experience
    • Technical, Capability and Delivery Model
    • Supply Agreement Scope of works, Long Term Service Agreement Scope of works
  • Providing techno-commercial advice on the designs and offerings against market expectations, and provided key recommendations for risk management
