Colin’s three decades of experience in the renewable energy field bring a broad range of commercial and technical experience to any project – in current role working across onshore wind, offshore wind, solar and storage projects.  Alongside a long career delivering growth and innovation for Garrad Hassan (now DNV GL), Colin is a non-exec director of Thrive Renewables PLC (previously Triodos Renewables PLC):

• Leadership of one of the largest, most respected, renewable advisory teams in the world;
• Global Head of Offshore Wind for the GL Group (a co-ordination role spanning Energy, Maritime, Oil & Gas) 2011-2013 during a period of high growth;
• Chaired Renewable UK Onshore Wind Cost Reduction Task-force 2014/15.

Joanna previously led the development of commercially focused advice for the global project engineering teams at Garrad Hassan. With a fluency in commercial project structuring to complement a broad technical base, she provides an expert perspective on any project transaction:

• Oversight and approval of more than 300 due diligence projects pre-construction and in operation across solar, wind and marine renewables;
• Vendor’s technical due diligence for 6 offshore wind projects;
• Technical due diligence for 17 equity investments in offshore wind energy and tidal energy.

Bob is a chartered mechanical engineer who has dedicated his whole career, which started back in 1999, to renewables and energy storage consulting. Before jointly founding Everoze, Bob had a leading role in the growth of a multidisciplinary and international project development team for 15 years at Garrad Hassan.  Bob works across all the technologies, mainly focusing on energy storage, energy flexibility and onshore wind.  He has significant experience of projects in their development phase, however often gets involved in operational assets too.

• Feasibility assessments of storage assets, from domestic flexibility through to commercial behind the meter applications and larger standalone projects
• Procurement support and general due diligence of energy storage and onshore wind projects
• He is a pioneer of the modern wind energy production assessment and an expert in asset performance

Simon has extensive experience of delivering asset management services in the UK market. He has a deep understanding of the technical and commercial elements of renewable energy projects combined with practical day to day experience of project construction and operation:

• Established DNV GL’s asset management service including control room services;
• Led teams delivering due diligence for solar and onshore wind projects in the UK, Ireland and Scandinavia;
• Project lead for over 1GW due diligence and construction monitoring.

Richard is a specialist in the field of technical development services, having led the expansion of renewable energy teams into many new markets over a period of 15 years.  Richard has overseen the activities of 200 expert staff in every major renewables market:

• Oversight and approval of over 500 individual bankable energy production assessments;
• Led team on World Bank ESMAP – resource mapping and strategic advice to Zambia, Tanzania and the Maldives;
• Initiated consortium to win Technology Strategy Board funding for offshore wake modelling platform.

Joe has delivered technical, commercial and strategic advice to a wide range of players in the renewables and energy storage space for more than 20 years. He is a chartered engineer and led the offshore wind engineering team at Garrad Hassan before building the Strategy & Policy unit at DNV GL renewables. A founder of Everoze, he has worked with a wide range of multi-nationals and governments on topics as diverse as corporate strategy, project development and regulatory advice.

Jérôme previously headed all energy sector activities in France and North Africa for DNV GL. He has over 10 years of experience in renewables with particular expertise in providing technical, commercial and strategic expert advice in the offshore wind sector in Europe.

• Established and lead a premier renewable advisory team in France and North Africa;
• Led the owners’ engineering team supporting tendering for ONEE in Morocco (5 projects, 850MW)
• Offshore Wind: Extensive experience in wind measurement campaigns, FEED Studies & Procurement; monitoring operations. Headed teams delivering equity due diligence.

Nick has worked in offshore renewables since 2007, having previously lead the Offshore Projects Team at DNV GL (Garrad Hassan), provided technical and commercial advice to offshore wind developers in Europe, U.S. & Asia.  Nick has a focus on offshore wind, but also supports on economic modelling for energy storage systems.

Paul has over six years’ experience at providing high quality strategic and policy analysis for public and private organisations in the renewables and storage sectors. Formerly a Principal Consultant and Head of Section at DNV GL Renewables, particular highlights include:

• Revenue stream analysis for battery storage projects
• Market entry advice for companies entering the storage and wind market
• Regulatory and policy advice to government agencies in three continents

Joss is a Chartered Engineer with a broad base of technical and commercial experience in the renewable energy industry gained since joining the sector in 2006. His specialisms include technical due diligence, construction project management and owner’s engineering:

• Project lead for the technical due diligence of over 50 onshore wind, solar PV and battery storage projects
• Performed the roles of Owner’s Engineer and construction Project Manager for solar and wind sites in the UK, Sweden and France
• Leads the Everoze life extension assessment service assisting clients make better decisions about the future of their renewables assets

Zoë has over 20 years of experience in the renewables industry, initially in wind R&D and latterly in strategic consultancy and offshore wind development. She has led a wide range of strategic engagements for industry participants, drawing, on her deep knowledge of technology commercialisation, and economic development in the offshore wind industry.

Zoë is currently the chair of the UK Floating Wind Taskforce and a non-executive director of the Offshore Wind Growth Partnership. She is one of the leading advisors on UK offshore wind economic development.

Arnaud has been working in the renewables industry since 2010. Before joining Everoze, Arnaud was head of advisory services at DNV GL France. Specialist in technical and commercial project review, Arnaud has acted as technical advisor for most banks, investors, sponsors and project owners active on the European market. Post transactions, Arnaud is also involved in projects construction, either as owner’s engineer or lender technical advisor.

Siobhàn leads the development of storage and flexibility in the French and wider European markets. She has been in the renewables sector for 12 years and sees flexibility as the missing piece in the puzzle to a renewable future.

She has acquired hands-on experience in almost every aspect of taking a wind project from dots on a map to turbines in the ground. Prior to joining Everoze, Siobhán was Technical and Engineering Manager at RES Australia.

• Previously managed team covering civil and electrical engineering and all technical work-streams for a portfolio of 1GW of wind energy;
• Negotiated the grid connection agreement and EPC technical specifications for the 240MW Ararat Wind Farm (total contracts value AU$450m);
• Previously led team of 5 wind energy analysts for Garrad Hassan.

Christophe has both a broad and deep understanding of the technical and commercial realities of solar PV projects, combined with practical experience of project construction and operation. He is equally at ease advising at a strategic level as he is drilling into the details of on-site technical issues.

• Led the French and North African Solar section of DNV GL and coordinated the solar team across CEMEA region;
• Project lead for over 1 GW of solar projects project due diligence, construction monitoring and operation monitoring;
• Has worked on solar projects in more than 35 countries.

Paula has a background in communication and marketing from many industrial sectors. This includes secondment to the JRC – European Commission’s Space Applications Institute in Italy and several years at Swedish Space Corporation. She has been working with international communication since mid-1990s with many of those years also as webmaster. Paula has experience in financial accounting and support together with project support and administration within the renewable energy industry. She has been a partner of Everoze since 2015

Thiébault began working in the renewable energy industry in 2010, building engineering experience in the design, costing, installation and management of solar PV projects in France and a range of emerging markets. His experience covers a wide diversity of projects, from roof-mounted PV systems to utility-scale solar farms.

Dario is a solar expert with more than 13 years of experience. He worked in projects located in more than 25 countries and assisted a number of international lenders, investors, sponsors and project owners in the renewables market. Dario was Head of Section at DNV GL, where he covered all solar work in Italy and in the Middle East. While based in Dubai for the past 3 years he was responsible for the execution of four solar projects in Egypt, totalling 256 MWp of installed capacity.

He has a broad and deep understanding of the technical, contractual, strategic, commercial and operational elements of risk in the lifetime of photovoltaic projects; how these different aspects are perceived by the different stakeholders and how to mitigate those risks for the benefit of the project.

With over 15 years working on renewables projects, Simon brings deep technical and commercial experience to any project and work across onshore wind, solar PV and BESS technologies. He brings extensive practical experience of project delivery through numerous roles as owners engineer or as the principals representative. Simon has worked on projects across Australia as well as in the UK, Thailand, Malaysia, The Philippines and South Korea.

David is a mechanical engineer with over two decades of experience in the renewable energy field and in particular the onshore wind sector in Australia.  He has held key leadership roles at consulting firms Garrad Hassan (now DNVGL) and AECOM and has focussed on the provision of commercial and technical advisory services in the following areas:

• Due diligence for Investors and Banks
• Project Development for Developers, IPP’s and Industrial players
• Owner’s Engineer for Developers and IPP’s

Brieuc has been working in the renewables industry for more than 5 years. In his last role, he was in charge of onshore and offshore energy production assessments within DNV GL France, providing technical support for over 3 GW of installed capacity.

• Head of Section in DNV GL covering onshore and offshore projects development services in France, Switzerland and North Africa;
• Responsible for coordination on remote sensing and floating LiDAR methodologies;
• Project lead for technical support for project finance due diligence.

Ragna has a background in finance and strategy consulting across renewables technologies, with an emphasis on Solar PV projects. She has worked across a wide range of international markets, including a significant stint based in Singapore, leading a team of technical and strategy consultants focused on mobilising investment in Asian markets. 

Now based in Germany, Ragna will strengthen the Everoze offering to the investment community across a wider range of European markets for renewables, energy storage and flexibility.    

Abdul has a master’s degree in Energy Engineering. Prior to this, Abdul worked on Solar and Storage EPC contracts for about 4 years in the West African market, all mostly ground mounted. This involved end to end management  of the projects as well as overseeing cross functional project teams, all the way through to commissioning. He has broad technical experience in solar PV and BESS installation and construction monitoring. He has also built experience in data analysis with a focus on O&M analysis.

Abdul is currently a due diligence consultant with the Everoze team focusing on Solar PV and Battery Storage technologies.

Clément has been working in the wind industry for more than 10 years, building a skill-base in energy production assessments, operational performance reviews and technical due diligence. Before joining Everoze in September 2016 Clement led operational analyses in France for DNV GL.

• Pre- and post-construction energy production assessments for more than 4 GW of capacity in France, including extension and repowering projects.
• Detailed performance assessment & monitoring of operational wind farms based on SCADA data. 100+ wind farms reviewed.
• Technical Due Diligence (TDD) for operational wind farms, focusing on the review of historical operation, environmental constraints and O&M contracts.

Robin has been centre stage in providing consultancy to battery storage projects since the very early days of commercial scale battery storage in GB in 2017. Robin is a multi-disciplinary engineer who has worked on a wide variety of battery storage and offshore and onshore wind projects since joining the industry in 2009.  His work on energy storage ranges from financial model reviews, tender evaluations and drafting performance warranties through to site inspections and test witnessing.

Alongside his techno-commercial consultancy work in storage, Robin is a non-exec director of Thrive Renewables PLC and also a representative of Everoze’s shareholding on the board of Skyray SAS.

Robin’s work in storage regularly spans everything from early-stage acquisition through procurement, contraction, construction, commissioning and into operations and end-of-warranty. His work includes desk-based reviews and analysis, site inspections, test witnessing, contractual negotiations and cost analyses. This breadth gives him unique learnings and insights to be able to better inform his work in each stage at both detailed and big-picture levels.

Justine has more than 8 years of experience in the renewable energy industry both as construction project manager and asset manager. Her experience includes contract negotiation, costing, planning, team coordination, claim management, turbines inspections, construction and operations.

George is a Chartered Mechanical Engineer with over 30 years’ experience in the power industry, including 16 years developing technologies and projects for offshore renewables (wind, wave and tidal).  He was a founder, and for five years Technical Director, of Tidal Generation Ltd. where he developed a successful 1MW grid-connected tidal turbine.

Ana has worked within the renewable energy industry since 2014, including complete project lifecycle experience from development and construction to operation. She has specialized in the delivery of technical due diligence and project support services for PV and storage projects in several countries around the world with particular focus on Spain, Portugal and UK. In her previous role, she worked as Project Engineer at SunEdison in Spain working in a wide variety of PV projects in EMEA, LATAM, Africa and APAC regions.

Alongside her techno-commercial consultancy work in solar and storage, Ana is a representative of Everoze’s shareholding on the board of Skyray SAS.

Jeremy has been working in the renewable energy and environmental engineering since 2000 with experience covering the design, costing, planning, sale, technical due diligence, installation and management of solar projects throughout the UK and Australia. His experience covers large portfolios made up of small (<4kW) scale installations through to large scale (>25MW) installations.

• System design and planning for over £50M in system value

Benjamin specialises in strategic, market and techno commercial advice in energy flexibility. He has authored and contributed to public reports including the Power Responsive Annual Report 2020, ‘Swarm Governance: Flying to a future of domestic energy-as-a-service’ and ‘Beyond the Spin’, as well as numerous market entry and feasibility reports for current and prospective DSF asset owners/developers.

In the GB energy flexibility sector he has worked with investors, developers, DNOs and utilities.

In 2019 Benjamin was seconded to the development arm of a major UK energy utility to assist with the establishment of a new team dedicated to novel technologies, including energy storage.

Sally has a background in disaster management, logistics and financial support, and joined Everoze in 2019.  Since 2021 she has been working in the energy storage and flexibility team, with a focus on due diligence for GB BESS transactions and owners’ engineering technical support for BESS construction.

She also coordinates Everoze’s ITE verification services for ESO frequency response services and has a particular interest in BESS sustainability issues.

Alex is a technical consultant with over 3 years’ experience in the renewable energy industry. He specialises in due-diligence for onshore wind and has worked on projects and portfolios across Europe. He has a broad understanding of the technical elements of wind energy projects and has been involved throughout the project life-cycle from feasibility to operation. Highlights include:

• Technical due-diligence of both pre-construction and operational projects across Europe
• OPEX cost modelling considering end-of life options for wind farm portfolios in the UK and Portugal
• Country-wide development-stage wind mapping in Sweden
• Project inspections: greenfield, construction and operational projects
• PhD in researching Tidal Stream Energy from the University of Manchester including numerical and experimental modelling

Imène is an Electrical Engineer with a European Master in Renewable Energy. She has over 5 years of experience in solar energy, having worked previously as Research Engineer in an environment linking research and development for industrial partners at CEA-INES in France.

• Coordinator for project development of a calculation tool for self-consumption;
• Co-author of two international patents on the diagnosis process of a PV system, following a two-year project in collaboration with a French PV project developer.

James spent nine years in higher education, working on research and teaching of various science, technology and energy topics, before focussing on rechargeable battery technology at WMG in Warwick University. He started looking at Li-ion materials reclamation and general recycling, electric vehicle (EV) battery degradation modelling, and the impacts of V2G (vehicle-to-grid) EV battery cycling on lifetime costs in research projects. He then worked in startups as technical expert guiding the build of a battery warranty product, and a novel NaNiCl cell design.

Nicolas has been involved in renewable energies since 2006, his expertise encompasses product development and certification, project design and performance assessment, technical and commercial due diligence.

Nicolas has been involved in a great variety of projects and technologies from roof-top system to large floating PV systems or hybrid PV + BESS installations.

Recently he has managed the due diligence of a several standalone grid scale storage projects. Nicolas was also in charge of construction monitoring for lenders of several large scale battery projects in France.

Graeme has worked in renewables since 2010. After completing a PhD in offshore wind at the University of Strathclyde, he worked as an operations specialist for SSE on their Greater Gabbard offshore wind project. Since joining Everoze in 2017, Graeme has provided advisory services on offshore wind, onshore wind and BESS projects across Europe, including the UK, Ireland, Germany, France and the Netherlands. Graeme is an M&A specialist and has worked for Lenders, Vendors and Buyers on over 60 offshore wind transactions. In addition to due diligence Graeme has also supported developers of UK offshore projects, carrying out project reviews and providing development strategy support.

Stefan has been working in various fields the PV sector since 1999, including R&D, testing and certification, measurement and characterisation and consultancy services. Before joining Everoze in July 2017, he worked for 5 years as a Technical Consultant at DNV GL, supporting all commercial services (Due Diligence, bankability assessment and training), often with special focus on operational PV plants and asset management.

Maud has been working since 2016 in the energy sector, especially in renewables energies and as a consultant. She joined Everoze in 2018 to focus on due diligence (acquisition and financing) and operational services for wind energy.  She has been leading stand-alone projects and portfolios works. She has also developed a strong experience in operational asset’s energy assessment. 

Nithin has strong transactional experience in project finance and M&A deals across various technologies – onshore and offshore wind as well as solar PV and battery storage. He has expertise across a comprehensive range of review areas, with a specialism in contract risk advisory and providing commercial solutions to mitigate against technical risks:

• Technical lead in project finance and M&A transactions for more than 1 GW of wind farm projects in the UK and Ireland;
• Procurement and contract negotiation support on wind farm and battery storage projects, notably structuring performance warranties;
• Seconded to UK Big 6 Utility providing advice on battery storage use-case modelling;
• Advised developers and lenders on novel commercial contracts such as Contract for Difference agreements, and commercial and industrial power purchase agreements both in the UK and the US.

Simon has 13+ years professional experience and has consulted as a expert structural/civil advisor on hundreds of global wind and solar project transactions. He has been a Chartered Civil Engineer since 2011.

Alexia has been working in the renewable energy industry since 2010. She has experience from all phases of a project: development, construction and operation. For the past years, she has been specialising in technical audits, performance analysis, construction monitoring and commissioning of photovoltaic power plants.

Working in the renewable energy industry since 2006, Arnaud has gained a deep knowledge of all technical and commercial aspects of utility-scale solar PV projects. Previous acting as solar technical manager at Wood (formerly SgurrEnergy), Arnaud is a proficient and very experienced PV project manager. Project highlights include:

• Acted as technical advisor to most active lenders, investors, sponsors and project owners in the French PV market and abroad.
• Performed solar resource and energy yield analysis for hundreds of PV plants in France and worldwide.
• Managed the technical due diligence and construction monitoring for over 1 GW of utility-scale PV projects in France, Senegal, the UK and South Africa.

Active within the solar PV industry since 2014, Adam is a consultant specialising in the delivery of technical due diligence and project support services for multiple GWs of PV assets worldwide, including the UK and Ireland, Spain, Australia, the US and Mexico.

Bethan has been working in the renewable energy sector since 2015 and joined Everoze in 2021 to focus on solar PV and storage technologies. Her experience includes undertaking feasibility studies, grid connection reviews and strategic projects to inform policy. She has operational experience through undertaking asset management for solar PV and onshore wind assets. Bethan has recently undertaken cost analysis and due diligence for GB battery storage projects for two of GBs largest storage asset owners.

Peter is a multi-disciplinary lead engineer with experience across energy storage, wind power and automotive sectors.  Peter has worked in development, construction, manufacturing and investment-appraisal roles; giving a deep appreciation of the interconnections between the technical and commercial aspects of projects.

Since joining in 2019, Martin has specialised in project management of technical due diligence services and has experience of managing equity, debt facility, and sell-side transactions in the UK and the Republic of Ireland. Additionally, he has experience in providing technical consultancy for both solar PV and energy storage projects, with a particular focus in techno-commercial impacts.

Simon has been working in the renewable energy industry since 2010 in both consultant and client-based roles. He has a deep understanding of the industry together with a demonstrated capability in providing engineering services throughout all lifecycle phases of renewable energy projects.

His proven technical and managerial skills are demonstrated by his ability to lead and deliver technical workstreams across numerous successful renewable energy projects.

Simon has over 1,400 MW of experience acting as the project manager for owner’s engineer, lender’s engineer and lender due diligence roles & over 2,000 MW of development and construction experience at Tilt Renewables.

He has expertise in performing development phase engineering, negotiating contract technical specifications, construction contractor tendering and procurement, design reviews, construction monitoring, wind turbine end of warranty inspections, asset condition and life extension assessments and project operation & maintenance reviews.

Simon’s renewable energy industry experience sits on upon a foundation of over 5 years of engineering design and structural analysis experience in the power generation, rail and aerospace industries.

Daniel has worked in offshore renewables since 2006. He has managed project development, engineering and controls on major offshore wind projects, driving overall project execution strategy, organisation and processes. He has led engineering, technical, strategy and advisory work to developers and governments on projects across Europe, Asia and the US, and managed due diligence on development, pre-construction, and operational projects. He is experienced in developing and assessing the fundamentals of business cases for offshore wind developments in the fixed and floating markets.

Marina joined Everoze in 2020. Prior to joining Everoze she worked in the renewable energy industry over 8 years, being focused on technical advisory services as well as in development and management of Solar PV plants, having complete project life-cycle experience: development, construction, and operation. She has experience managing international grid-connected PV projects in Europe (mainly in Spain, Portugal, and Italy) and in LATAM. Main expertise areas:

• Technical Due Diligence of projects in Europe and LATAM.
• Technical and commercial support for the acquisition of projects.
• Development and connection to the grid of projects in Europe (mainly Iberia and Italy).

Mathieu has been working in the renewable industry since 2017 across both solar PV and onshore wind technologies, providing developers with detailed energy production assessments. He specialises in technical due diligence services, focusing on identifying the challenges and risks in project construction and operation.

Zoe has over 20 years’ experience working as office operational and administrative support in high level offices. Her background was based within entertainment, however she has spent the last 3.5 years working in renewables:

• 3.5 years on the Business Management Team at Everoze with roles ranging from leading H&S, event management and facilities coordination
• 5 years heading up a division of one the UK’s leading children’s modelling agencies, in Ibiza
• 5 years working for Sir Paul McCartney
• 8 years at the top UK Talent Agency representing actors for Film/TV/Theatre

Mathieu has been working in the Energy and Renewables’ sector since 2013: operation engineer and asset manager at Urbasolar, developer at Eolfi, technical advisor at Wood and technical manager of wind farms at WPO. Mathieu who fluently speaks French, English and Portuguese has cooperated with the main players in the renewable energy market in France on hundreds of projects totalling over 3 GW of installed capacity across different phases of the project lifecycle: development, construction and operation.

Project highlights include:

• Acted as technical advisor to most active lenders, investors, sponsors and project owners in the French PV market.
• Performed solar resource and energy yield analysis for hundreds of PV plants in France and worldwide.
• Advised companies in the technical parts of M&A process in France.

Nastasia has a technical background with an Engineering degree in Energy and Environment and has studied in France and in Hungary. She has experience of thermal energy networks and sustainable development in Spain and in France. She joined Everoze in 2022 and is now part of the French Solar Team, working on energy production assessments, due diligence and R&D projects. She is also involved in sustainability projects.

Fatima has over 8 years of experience in the energy sector. She previously worked as Technical Manager for Asset Management & Operations at DNV France where she worked on more than 4 GW of wind capacity in France. Specialized in post-construction onshore wind energy analysis (yield assessment, performance review analysis), she also carries out technical due diligence and solar yield studies.

Ellie is a Chartered Engineer and has been working in the renewable energy industry both in developer and consultancy roles since 2008. Her career background and broad experience of multiple technologies enables her to provide technical and commercial advice to a range of project stakeholders. She specializes in due-diligence for onshore wind, solar PV and battery storage projects:

• Pre-construction and operational projects;
• Project lead for due diligence projects from single assets to multi-region portfolios;
• Hybrid projects including solar trackers and energy storage.

Charlotte has a background in event organisation and business administration including project and office management. She now works as an office manager for Everoze France.

David is a chemical engineer with an MSc in renewable energy engineering. Since joining Everoze in 2020, he has worked in early stage development and due diligence on green hydrogen and offshore wind projects, across the UK, France, Ireland and Japan. He has supported the growth of Everoze’s hydrogen team and gained experience in early stage project design, hydrogen production modelling, green ammonia modelling and performing due diligence on hydrogen electrolyser and renewable energy projects.

Jane is a recent physics graduate and joined Everoze in 2021. Her focus is due diligence within offshore and onshore wind and has provided technical consultancy on projects across Europe. Jane has experience in the wind Lidar industry and has co-authored a paper on drone mounted wind Lidar.

Jane is also a licensed drone pilot.

Benoit is an Engineer specialized in Energy Systems and associated Markets with a double degree in Energy Economics and Policy. He has a focus on due diligence services for solar projects and provides technical and commercial support with an emphasis on data analysis to assess performance and operational issues. He has built experience in energy yield assessment with the analysis of solar portfolios in France and overseas, considering portfolio effects. Benoit also has expertise in carbon accounting and has worked on several life cycle analyses of PV projects.

Edward has worked in the wind sector since 2007, predominantly in offshore wind. Edward has broad experience of technical and analytical roles on projects throughout the project lifecycle, from site selection and consenting through to the detailed design and commencement of operations. With RES and RWE, Edward has driven LCOE reduction on high-profile projects, resulting in successful subsidy auction bids. He has worked across disciplines (technical, environmental, commercial) and markets (Europe and Asia). This experience provides a strong awareness of technical and commercial drivers underpinning successful projects.

Lindsay has a background in finance and support for the renewable energy and construction sector.

Ben has been working in renewables since 2004 and has seen the solar PV sector transform from a few visionaries into a significant contributor to UK energy generation. As well as conducting lenders due diligence on many individual and portfolio transactions, he has led the design & construction of numerous solar PV projects. Prior to joining Everoze, Ben was Operations Director at OST Energy (now RINA).

• At OST Energy led a team of 50 consultants & engineers during the fast growth of UK solar under the FiT and ROC support incentives
• Helped win and then delivered a portfolio of solar PV across schools for the Provincia di Milano, for Solarcentury
• Coordinated the design & manufacture of the world’s largest leachate treatment plant of its kind at WENT, Hong Kong

Chloé is an engineer specialised in fluid mechanics with a dual degree in Renewable Energy Engineering from the University of Heriot-Watt.  She has a focus on performing detailed pre-construction energy yield assessments for both onshore and offshore wind farms in France and abroad. She also provides technical and commercial support and carries out comprehensive due diligence services for onshore wind projects in France, analysing the risks and challenges associated to the construction and operation phases.

Jamie has over 10 years’ experience in the Energy industry across a range of sectors and works predominantly on storage and flexibility at Everoze. He focusses on supporting clients with due diligence and project and strategic services – mainly in the GB market.  He was previously Deputy Director at the Centre for Energy Policy at the University of Strathclyde. He has been a member of several industry and government advisory groups including the National Grid Electricity System Operator Stakeholder Challenge Group for RIIO 2. He has a PhD in Carbon Capture and Storage from Edinburgh University and has a wider background in research and energy policy. He has particular expertise in; Energy Policy, Energy Networks, Storage, Markets and Regulation, Due Diligence, Project Risk, Consumer Policy, Carbon Capture and Storage.

Nawel is an experienced HR advisor who joined Everoze in 2023 after spending 2 years in Portugal working as an International Talent Acquisition Manager. At Everoze, she will focus on our global Talent Acquisition and French HR support (administration, policy/procedure development and advising on best practice).

Nick is a recent graduate from the University of Strathclyde with an MSc in Wind Energy. Systems, Having worked as a Mechanical Engineer in the oil and gas industry he decided to change sector in order to make a positive contribution to the energy transition and utilise his engineering knowledge in the renewables sector. Having focussed on offshore wind O&M strategies within a corporate organisational structure as a thesis topic, Nick’s focus is on delivering Due Diligence of offshore wind projects but will be involved across a range of projects and technologies, notably onshore wind.

Emily is a CIPD qualified HR professional with over 15 years’ experience most of which has been gained in global consultancy organisations.

Madeleine has been active in the solar PV industry since 2020. Her focus includes energy performance analysis and technical due diligence for large scale projects across Europe, feeding from her technical background in physics. Madeleine holds a Master’s in Sustainable Energy Systems from her studies in Austria where she wrote her thesis on renewable hydrogen integration in the Spanish peninsula. She is now a solar analyst and consultant across Iberia, the UK, and Ireland, with a focus on: including:

• Solar PV due diligence and energy assessments
• Data processing and plant performance analysis
• Iberian green hydrogen business development

Stéph is a chartered mechanical engineer who has been working as a consultant in the renewable energy industry since 2006. Before joining Everoze, Stéph had a leading role in DNV’s project development team and asset management business. Since 2018 he has specialized in due diligence for onshore wind, offshore wind, and battery storage projects. His broad experience of multiple technologies enables him to provide technical and commercial advice to a range of project stakeholders.

• Hybrid projects combining wind, solar PV, and battery storage.

Julia has been working since 2019 in the renewable energy sector, focusing on the energy market, in energy-related regulatory affairs and, now, in the technical side of solar PV projects. Before that, she completed a Physics degree, a MSc in Renewable Energies and Fuels of the Future and a MSc in Quantitative Finances.

Oliver started at Everoze in 2022 as a materials science and engineering graduate. Focussed particularly on Everoze’s hydrogen and energy storage business, Oliver has worked on a variety of commercial jobs, including feasibility work, due diligence, and market reports. Oliver has a strong technical understanding of electrolysers, hydrogen storage and distribution, materials for hydrogen, and battery technologies and materials. Oliver has long held an interest in decarbonising the economy and the push to achieve net-zero greenhouse gas emissions, with a strong belief that hydrogen and energy storage are critical to achieving these aims.

Carolina joined Everoze in 2023, and her job focuses on supporting the Spanish side of Everoze by working closely with local employees and other support team members, on a mix of office management, HR support, financial administration support and more general administration.

Roman is a mechanical engineer who has been working in the field of renewable energy since 2005. He has worked as developer, manager and consultant. He has profound and diversified renewable energy and energy system expertise having worked in international project development, R&D&I, funding, and technical and strategy advice for solar, storage, EV and digitalisation. Roman participates in various networks, such as Batteries Europe, has several publications and filed and holds various patents. He is fluent in German, English and Spanish.

Sarah started her renewable energy journey in 2009 and first worked as a solar consultant in 2013. She managed hundreds of solar consulting projects, including large portfolios, as a senior consultant with Wood Plc and has a particularly extensive experience in solar technical analyses and due diligences. She worked on projects from around the world before exploring various other aspects of ecology and developing her own project on the side. She joined Everoze in 2023 to support the Solar Advisory team.

Amr is an experienced renewable energy specialist and PM.  With 15 years of engineering consulting experience under his belt, he is an emerging leader in the Australian renewables landscape. Amr is entrusted by his clients and peers for his ability to ‘cut to the chase’, depth of technical expertise in the fields of wind and solar power, independent engineering advisory and technical due diligence roles, and strong project management capabilities.

Ben joined Everoze in 2023, having been working in offshore wind project engineering since 2013. He previously led the wind project engineering team at DNV, working on a wide range of technical and commercial advisory projects including technical due diligence, cost of energy, site selection, construction, and decommissioning.

Jennifer is a specialist in solar PV and BESS having held varied roles across the renewable energy project delivery value chain over a period of 10 years, and worked on more than 5GW of projects in technical capacities across design optimisation, feasibility assessments, technical due diligence, procurement, and general project strategic planning:

• Procurement support and planning of solar PV and energy storage projects
• Design optimisation & yield/use-case assessments of solar PV and energy storage projects
• Technical scoping and estimates for development projects
• Equipment selection and technical contracts negotiations for solar PV and energy storage projects

Richard is currently a energy consultant with the Everoze team focusing on Battery Storage technologies. Before joining Everoze, he was a lead specialist for electrotechnical systems with Lloyd’s Register Maritime, working with clients to help them meet their regulatory obligations for new and existing assets. This included HV & LV electrical power generation and distribution systems; battery energy storage installations; hazardous areas’ equipment and installations; propulsion systems; fire & gas detection and suppression systems; autonomous craft control systems including functional safety and software assurance activities; and lifting equipment. He also researched and developed technical requirements needed for the safe adoption of new technologies such as autonomous craft and Li-ion batteries and advised clients on how to achieve compliance.

Richard is a member of the UK National Committee for Electrical installations of ships and of mobile and fixed offshore units (IEC 60092 and IEC 61892 series).

Kuba is a structural engineer with a MEng degree from the University in Edinburgh. He joined Everoze in 2023 and brings over 8 years of experience in infrastructure design, inspection, and assessment. Kuba provides technical and commercial support for solar PV projects. He is also interested in onshore and offshore wind energy.

Michael has been worked in the wind engineering industry since 2017, specialising in developer support services. Prior to joining the Everoze Partners, he worked with wind flow modelling, specifically applying computational fluid dynamics (CFD) to simulate wind flow across sites with varying levels of terrain complexities and stability, delivering energy yield assessments (EYA), turbine layout optimisation, noise assessments, Electromagnetic Interference (EMI) assessments, Shadow flicker studies, etc.

Michael’s technical inclinations include developing digital tools used to streamline processes or methodologies involved in his line of work. He has proficiency in data analytics, programming in various languages, wind flow modelling, energy yield assessments with accompanying uncertainty calculations. He is also experienced in specialist service such as shadow flicker, developing monitoring campaigns, remote sensing validations, site-conditions assessments, site calibration and Power Curve verification (PCV), layout optimisation with further micro-siting and refinements.

Elliot has over ten years’ experience in customer service, and has worked in IT since 2017, specialising in the M365 suite – Entra ID, SharePoint, Exchange Online and Intune, among others. He also has experience working with the ITIL framework, ISO 27001 controls and change management. Prior to joining Everoze in 2024, he worked for an MSP (managed service provider) on behalf of Microsoft, supporting administrators and end-users with the M365 suite, during which he worked with developers on a number of pilot schemes and projects.

Coni started their career as an operational apprentice for the DNO, and since then has worked on renewables projects at all stages of their development and delivery cycle and for a variety of different stakeholders. They have a strong and well-rounded technical background with particular experience in managing grid connections and developing energy storage projects in the UK.

Théo has more than 7 years of experience in the energy sector. He previously worked as Project Manager and Asset Manager at Valorem on onshore wind farms, substations and solar power plants. His experience covers several topics such as projects developpement, energy markets and assets management.

Raphaël has been working in the renewable energy since 2019 for a French developer across onshore and offshore wind sectors. He mainly worked on energy yield assessments and layout optimisations through tenders and due diligence. Raphaël likes being innovative to find solutions for projects and improve methods.
He is now part of the solar team and works on energy yield assessments and technical due diligence.

Rory has over 20 years of experience in accounting and administration across the investment finance and the renewables sectors, most recently as a Financial Controller overseeing the accounting, reporting, tax, and regulatory compliance of the European operations of a leading private debt investor. Rory holds a professional qualification from ACCA, having qualified in 2008.

Peter joined Everoze in 2024, having graduated from the University of Bristol in Mechanical Engineering. During his studies, he completed a 12-month internship at Everoze, and has been involved in a range of commercial projects across Offshore Wind, Hydrogen, BESS and Flexibility.

Ricardo has been working in renewable energy since 2023, specialising in the technical due diligence of large-scale projects across various stages of development, construction, and operation. Prior to this, he gained over four years of experience in construction project management.

He is a civil engineer with an MBA focused on the internationalisation process of companies.

Jessica is a chartered engineer with nearly 15 years of experience working on renewable energy projects across Australia and South-East Asia. Her core expertise is in the field of wind and solar resource and energy assessments and related analyses. Jessica has also led large-scale Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) development and construction projects and served as a technical adviser on due diligence exercises. Jessica combines a strong analytical skill set with the ability to engage and collaborate effectively with a wide spectrum of stakeholders.

Valentin has been working in the renewable industry since 2017. Before joining Everoze, he was acting as engineering lead for a major UK wind turbine developer and operator, supporting projects across all phases from pre-construction to end-of-life. His experiences include setting-up asset management strategies, developing pre-construction standards, risk management of assets in operation, wind operations, equipment reliability, end-of-life strategies and more.

Przemek has been working in the wind industry for over 15 years, focussing primarily on wind resource analysis and energy yield assessments. Most recently, he was leading wind resource and energy yield work for BP’s offshore projects in the US and the UK. Before working on the development side, he spent over a decade as a wind analyst in several consultancies (Prevailing, K2M, Xodus), working on a wide range of pre-construction projects, both onshore and offshore, in most regions of the World.

Andrew is a Chartered Engineer with over 22 years of renewable energy experience. Having held multiple technical roles across the value chain, he is experienced in wind power, solar PV and BESS.

Between 2002 and 2020 Andrew gained 17 years of engineering consultancy experience at Garrad Hassan, DNV, and Everoze, advising many of the leading equity houses, debt providers, and developers in the renewables industry.

Prior to re-joining Everoze in April 2025 Andrew worked for 4.5 years at BlackRock Climate Infrastructure where he was directly involved in executing and managing investments totalling over $2.5 billion. These investments were across the full spectrum of renewable energy technologies in markets around the globe, including the UK, USA, Finland, Germany, Kenya, Taiwan and South Korea.

Christian has over 15 years of international experience in all technologies of solar energy conversion, PV, FPV, CPV and CSP, as well as energy storage. Having worked in different areas of the renewable energy industry, like Project Management, R&D, Software Development, Consulting as well as managing his own companies, Christian has developed a competent holistic perspective of clean energy generation. He led IFI work in developing countries in areas like feasibility studies, capacity building, procurement / tender support, transaction advisory, regulatory reviews as well as industry best-practice application to O&M and EPC contracts and other areas. Christian has lived in Germany, Spain, Australia, France and Mauritius and led projects in many other regions. He is fluent in German, English, Spanish and French.

Mike has been involved in the UK renewables sector for over 12 years. As a qualified engineer who has held senior commercial and project management roles in both the wind and solar sectors, he brings a wealth of experience in contracting and delivering renewable projects. As well as working more generally within the due diligence team, he specialises in assessing operational performance of solar plants and reviewing project contracts to ensure they satisfy our customers’ technical requirements.

Rob is a renewable energy technology and electricity grid connection specialist, with more than 15 years’ experience in renewable energy and storage projects. He is a member of the IET’s committee responsible for the Code of Practice for  Electrical Energy Storage Systems; experienced in solar PV, wind, hydro and battery storage projects from feasibility through design to delivery, and an electricity grid connection specialist with more than 2GW of export capacity secured. Following on from an enterprise IT solutions background and involved in several renewable  energy focused start-ups, offering a unique combination of enterprise IT skills and first-hand experience of Distribution Network Operators, distributed generation and the electricity supply industry.
