Bob is a chartered mechanical engineer who has dedicated his whole career, which started back in 1999, to renewables and energy storage consulting. Before jointly founding Everoze, Bob had a leading role in the growth of a multidisciplinary and international project development team for 15 years at Garrad Hassan. Bob works across all the technologies, mainly focusing on energy storage, energy flexibility and onshore wind. He has significant experience of projects in their development phase, however often gets involved in operational assets too.

George is a Chartered Mechanical Engineer with over 30 years’ experience in the power industry.
George is a Chartered Mechanical Engineer with over 30 years’ experience in the power industry, including 16 years developing technologies and projects for offshore renewables (wind, wave and tidal). He was a founder, and for five years Technical Director, of Tidal Generation Ltd. where he developed a successful 1MW grid-connected tidal turbine.
Thiébault began working in the renewable energy industry in 2010, building experience across a wide range of disciplines in the solar PV sector.

Dario is a solar expert with more than 13 years of experience, working on renewable projects located in more than 25 countries, assisting international lenders, investors, sponsors and project owners.
Dario is a solar expert with more than 13 years of experience. He worked in projects located in more than 25 countries and assisted a number of international lenders, investors, sponsors and project owners in the renewables market. Dario was Head of Section at DNV GL, where he covered all solar work in Italy and in the Middle East. While based in Dubai for the past 3 years he was responsible for the execution of four solar projects in Egypt, totalling 256 MWp of installed capacity.
He has a broad and deep understanding of the technical, contractual, strategic, commercial and operational elements of risk in the lifetime of photovoltaic projects; how these different aspects are perceived by the different stakeholders and how to mitigate those risks for the benefit of the project.

With over 15 years working on renewables projects, Simon brings deep technical and commercial experience to any project and work across onshore wind, solar PV and BESS technologies. He brings extensive practical experience of project delivery through numerous roles as owners engineer or as the principals representative. Simon has worked on projects across Australia as well as in the UK, Thailand, Malaysia, The Philippines and South Korea.
Paula has been working with international communication since mid-1990s with many of those years also as webmaster. She also has experience in financial accounting and project support.
Paula has a background in communication and marketing from many industrial sectors. This includes secondment to the JRC – European Commission’s Space Applications Institute in Italy and several years at Swedish Space Corporation. Brieuc has been working in the renewables industry for more than 5 years, specialising in energy production assessment.
Brieuc has been working in the renewables industry for more than 5 years. In his last role, he was in charge of onshore and offshore energy production assessments within DNV GL France, providing technical support for over 3 GW of installed capacity.
Abdul joined Everoze in 2022 after his MSc. In Energy Engineering. Since joining Everoze, he has worked on operation monitoring of Solar PV farms, Energy yield assessments, and Due diligence for Solar PV sites
Abdul has a master’s degree in Energy Engineering. Prior to this, Abdul worked on Solar and Storage EPC contracts for about 4 years in the West African market, all mostly ground mounted. This involved end to end management of the projects as well as overseeing cross functional project teams, all the way through to commissioning. He has broad technical experience in solar PV and BESS installation and construction monitoring. He has also built experience in data analysis with a focus on O&M analysis.

Robin works largely in offshore wind, battery storage, operational energy analyses and solar PV project support, He has provided technical and commercial advice to owners, developers, suppliers and other stakeholders for the last 10 years
Robin is a multi-disciplinary engineer who has worked on a wide variety of offshore wind and battery storage projects over the last 10 years. In offshore wind, Robin has focused particularly on operations and maintenance analyses and associated OpEx budgeting, working for developers, owners, investors, supply chain and a variety of other stakeholders. His work on energy storage ranges from tender evaluations and drafting performance warranties, through to acting as Independent Engineer for the commissioning testing of more than half of the UK EFR storage projects. Recently, Robin has also been using his site and O&M experience from wind and storage to provide inspection services at solar projects.
Justine has more than 8 years of experience in the renewable energy industry both as construction project manager and asset manager.

He has a broad understanding of the technical elements of wind energy projects and has been involved throughout the project life-cycle from feasibility to operation. Highlights include:
Imène is an Electrical Engineer with a European Master in Renewable Energy. She has over 5 years of experience in solar energy, having worked previously as Research Engineer in an environment linking research and development for industrial partners at CEA-INES in France.
Jamie has spent the last four years focussed on the battery industry, covering Li-ion materials reclamation, EV battery degradation, battery warranty products and NaNiCl cell development before joining Everoze as a technology expert. Prior to this he was a senior lecturer and course director in general energy.
Jamie spent nine years in higher education, working on research and teaching of various science, technology and energy topics, before focussing on rechargeable battery technology at WMG in Warwick University. He started looking at Li-ion materials reclamation and general recycling, electric vehicle (EV) battery degradation modelling, and the impacts of V2G (vehicle-to-grid) EV battery cycling on lifetime costs in research projects. He then worked in startups as technical expert guiding the build of a battery warranty product, and a novel NaNiCl cell design.
Nicolas is a multi-disciplinary engineer with experience across solar photovoltaic, storage and hydrogen
Nicolas has been involved in renewable energies since 2006, his expertise encompasses product development and certification, project design and performance assessment, technical and commercial due diligence.
Nicolas has been involved in a great variety of projects and technologies from roof-top system to large floating PV systems or hybrid PV + BESS installations.
Recently he has managed the due diligence of a several standalone grid scale storage projects. Nicolas is also involved in the development of Everoze activity in green hydrogen.
Graeme has 10 years of experience in the offshore wind industry with particular expertise in offshore wind technical advisory services and offshore wind operations.
Graeme specialises in offshore wind technical advisory services. Prior to joining Everoze, Graeme completed a PhD at the University of Strathclyde before working in offshore wind operations for SSE Renewables, as a performance engineer. Since joining Everoze, Graeme has worked on a broad range of offshore projects across Northern Europe as technical advisor on both the buy-side and sell-side and as a lender’s technical advisor.

Stefan has been working in various fields the PV sector since 1999, including R&D, testing and certification, measurement and characterisation and consultancy services. Before joining Everoze in July 2017, he worked for 5 years as a Technical Consultant at DNV GL, supporting all commercial services (Due Diligence, bankability assessment and training), often with special focus on operational PV plants and asset management.
Maud has three years’ experience in the energy sector. She is focused on due diligence and operational services for different technologies
Maud has been working for three years in the energy sector, especially in renewables energies and as a consultant. She joined Everoze in 2018 to focus on due diligence and operational services for different technologies. He is a member of the IET’s committee responsible for the Code of Practice for Electrical Energy Storage Systems; experienced in solar PV, wind, hydro and battery storage projects from feasibility through design to delivery, and an electricity grid connection specialist with more than 2GW of export capacity secured. Following on from an enterprise IT solutions background and involved in several renewable energy focused start-ups, offering a unique combination of enterprise IT skills and first-hand experience of Distribution Network Operators, distributed generation and the electricity supply industry.

Ewan is focussing on growing the low carbon hydrogen business within Everoze, which includes services in due diligence, project support and strategic services.
Ewan is a chartered Mechanical engineer who joined Everoze in 2021 and will focus on growing the low carbon hydrogen business within Everoze, which includes services in due diligence, project support and strategic services. As we see increasing interest in H2 projects co-locating, for storage/export or flexibility services (e.g. Power to X), the Hydrogen team will complement Everoze’s specialism in flexibility, energy storage, wind and solar markets.
Prior to joining Everoze, since 2013, Ewan led the delivery of the Atkins clean gas storage sector and helped build wider capability in CCS/CCUS and grid scale energy storage (incl. Hydrogen, compressed air). Ewan’s career experience has been broad and varied; including delivering engineering support within owners engineer and technical authority roles; at two of the UK’s largest onshore Gas Storage sites, near Hull. Ewan has led a number of UK first feasibility studies on hydrogen storage at grid scale. Ewan has developed an in-depth understanding of where H2 production can offer flexibility services, including combusting Hydrogen in gas turbines. In addition, Ewan represented Atkins in the North West Hydrogen Alliance; which is an industrial consortium aiming to develop the region as the UK’s primary Hydrogen economy. Ewan is a passionate speaker in the hydrogen ‘thought leadership’ space, and presents regularly.

Charlotte has a background in event organisation and business administration including project and office management. She now works as an office manager for Everoze France, Germany, and Italy.
David is a chemical engineer with experience in offshore wind, both fixed and floating. Since joining Everoze in 2020, David has focused primarily on offshore wind project development, working for a developer in Scotland.

He is currently writing a thesis on the potential role of hydrogen in supporting the deployment of floating offshore wind. He provides technical and strategic support to help supply chain companies find their role in the energy transition.
Since joining Everoze in 2020, David has focused primarily on offshore wind project development, working for a developer in Scotland. He is currently providing market intelligence and mentoring for UK companies aiming to grow their presence in offshore wind, as part of the OWGP West programme.
Jane is a recent physics graduate and joined Everoze in 2021. Her focus is due diligence within offshore and onshore wind.

He has a focus on due diligence services for solar projects and provides technical and commercial support with an emphasis on data analysis to assess performance and operational issues. He has built experience in energy yield assessment with the analysis of solar portfolios in France and overseas, considering portfolio effects. Benoit also has expertise in carbon accounting and has worked on several life cycle analyses of PV projects.
Diana has over 10 years of experience in research, analysis, project design and management in the fields of climate change mitigation and environment. She is currently a climate change and sustainability consultant at Everoze
Diana started working on climate change mitigation in 2009. Her primary areas of expertise are research, analysis, project design and management in the fields of climate change mitigation and environment. Since 2017 she has been working on clean energy transition and energy sector reforms in Ukraine. Diana holds an Environmental Sciences and Policy degree. She believes that conscious consumption is a driver for change and that it applies to businesses. Diana is currently a climate change and sustainability consultant at Everoze.
Edward has worked in the wind sector since 2007 and has broad experience of technical and analytical roles on projects throughout the project lifecycle
Edward has worked in the wind sector since 2007, predominantly in offshore wind. Edward has broad experience of technical and analytical roles on projects throughout the project lifecycle, from site selection and consenting through to the detailed design and commencement of operations. With RES and RWE, Edward has driven LCOE reduction on high-profile projects, resulting in successful subsidy auction bids. He has worked across disciplines (technical, environmental, commercial) and markets (Europe and Asia). This experience provides a strong awareness of technical and commercial drivers underpinning successful projects.
Lindsay has a background in finance and support for the renewable energy and construction sector. She has experience from a variety of finance functions since 2017 and is studying towards chartership with ACCA.

As well as conducting lenders due diligence on many individual and portfolio transactions, he has led the design & construction of numerous solar PV projects. Prior to joining Everoze, Ben was Operations Director at OST Energy (now RINA).

Chloé is an engineer specialised in fluid mechanics with a dual degree in Renewable Energy Engineering from the University of Heriot-Watt. She has a focus on performing detailed pre-construction energy yield assessments for both onshore and offshore wind farms in France and abroad. She also provides technical and commercial support and carries out comprehensive due diligence services for onshore wind projects in France, analysing the risks and challenges associated to the construction and operation phases.

Systems, Having worked as a Mechanical Engineer in the oil and gas industry he decided to change sector in order to make a positive contribution to the energy transition and utilise his engineering knowledge in the renewables sector. Having focussed on offshore wind O&M strategies within a corporate organisational structure as a thesis topic, Nick’s focus is on delivering Due Diligence of offshore wind projects but will be involved across a range of projects and technologies, notably onshore wind.

Mike has been involved in the UK renewables sector for over 12 years. As a qualified engineer who has held senior commercial and project management roles in both the wind and solar sectors, he brings a wealth of experience in contracting and delivering renewable projects. As well as working more generally within the due diligence team, he specialises in assessing operational performance of solar plants and reviewing project contracts to ensure they satisfy our customers’ technical requirements.
