Independent review of carbon emissions offset by major battery development

Everoze was pleased to support the development of one of Europe’s largest battery storage facilities through a detailed review of the positive carbon impacts of the proposed project. Supporting the major European developer behind the project, Everoze undertook an assessment of the proposed operational strategy and made recommendations for how the carbon emissions avoided by the site could be optimised while still targeting high value revenue streams.

Battery storage is essential to the decarbonisation of European energy grids and Everoze are enthusiastically engaged in projects to ensure battery assets are deployed in a manner that maximises their positive impact. Everoze’s work was led by Benjamin Lock supported by Ragna Schmidt-Haupt.
