Everoze supports CVC-DIF in its recent investment in Low Carbon
Published January 2026
Everoze was delighted to support CVC DIF in its recent investment in Low Carbon. Taking on a review of a portfolio within this breadth and scale within the constraints of a transaction process is a complex task and the CVC DIF team were a pleasure to work with throughout. Supported with input from other advisers Quod, Dornier Suntrace and Wind Prospect Poland, Everoze advised on technical aspects across the development, construction and operational renewable portfolios. This included the complex task of assessing the risks and opportunities associated with the ongoing UK grid reforms process and for future large-scale PV and BESS NSIP projects.
With a 16 GW pipeline and 1 GW of highly contracted operational and in construction asset base, the new capital from CVC DIF will help to grow Low Carbon’s presence across core markets including the UK, Germany, and Poland, where it aims to bring a 3 GW portfolio of operational utility-scale solar, onshore wind, battery storage and co-located assets into operations in the coming years.
The Everoze project team was led by Jo Holt, support by a large team of Everoze partners. We wish the CVC DIF and Low Carbon teams every success with their ongoing work to deliver and operate this exciting portfolio.
