Everoze is honoured to have been appointed by Coversol to deliver comprehensive technical and corporate due diligence in support of an equity fundraising initiative for a 68.3 MWp solar PV portfolio in Italy.
The portfolio comprised two distinct sub-portfolios:
- Approximately 28 MWp in operational or in the final stages of construction
- Approximately 40 MWp under development
Adrian Stetter of Coversol commented: “We were very satisfied with Everoze’s support on the Gran Sasso transaction. Their technical and corporate due diligence was thorough, pragmatic, and delivered on time, helping us and our investors gain clarity and confidence throughout the process. The team’s collaborative approach made the workstream efficient and transparent.”
Everoze’s review focused on identifying and assessing potential project risks from an equity investor perspective, ensuring these were appropriately mitigated within the transaction framework. Key technical areas assessed included:
- Energy production analysis
- Site and technology evaluation
- Project contracts
- Italian PV market context
- Corporate due diligence
- Financial model inputs
The work was delivered via LiveDiligence, streamlining the process and enhancing transparency for all stakeholders.
