Everoze advise EDF Renewables on acquisition of Pivot Power

Everoze was delighted to accompany EDF Renewables on its acquisition of start-up Pivot Power, along with its battery storage portfolio of over 40 sites (approx. 2GW total capacity). The project pipeline consists of large transmission-connected battery storage sites combined with private wire infrastructure to deliver electric vehicle charging hubs. The acquisition of Pivot Power is a key milestone in EDF Renewables UK’s ambitious objectives to delivery battery storage and EV charging infrastructure in the UK.

Supporting this transaction required Everoze to work very closely with EDF Renewables’ acquisition team. Everoze particularly supported the review of the technology and construction contracts for the portfolio.  In order to meet the client’s needs, Everoze took a particularly flexible and responsive approach in this work.
