Everoze advises Glennmont on 16.8 MW French wind farm

Everoze was delighted to advise Glennmont Partners on the technical side of a 16.8MW French onshore wind farm acquisition. The wind farm has 7 wind turbines – Nordex N117-2.4MW – and has been developed by Enertrag, a leading developer on the French market.
Everoze’s scope of work included technical review of energy yield assessment, consenting, land securement, grid, tariff, technology and design, structural and environmental suitability, construction and operation contracts, construction program, power purchase agreement and financial model inputs. Everoze’s work also included the evaluation of wind farm captured price deviation against national reference price and the assessment of costs associated with market trading.
Everoze employed its industry leading Due Diligence on Demand process, ensuring a robust risk assessment, smooth communication and continuous identification of open or risk items. Through the process, efficient mitigation measures were discussed and agreed between the parties, allowing the technical risk profile of the projects to reach the appropriate level within the challenging project programme.
The Project is expected to become fully operational in Q1 2019. During the construction phase, Everoze continues to support Glennmont Partners with construction monitoring work including desktop review, site visits and wind turbine inspections at take-over.
