Pre-construction and procurement support for the 35MW Momerstroff II wind farm in France
Published March 2025
Everoze is pleased to have supported NTR during the pre-construction and procurement phases of the Momerstroff II wind farm, which consists of 10 wind turbines located in Moselle.
Damien Culloty, Program manager at NTR mentions “Everoze’s expertise was key to advancing Momerstroff II Wind Farm into construction. Their strategic support in pre-construction, procurement, and environmental mitigation ensured a smooth transition from development to execution. With construction now underway, their continued involvement reinforces their commitment to delivering high-quality renewable energy solutions.”
Everoze’s involvement has been meticulously tailored to meet the specific needs of the project and address the challenges faced by NTR during pre-construction phase. To achieve this, we collaborated closely with its local partner, Act’er Synergie, in order to assist NTR in several key areas:
- Leading and coordinating the pre-construction phase to ensure a smooth start to construction, serving as the main point of contact for all project stakeholders;
- Securing the land through the contracting of leases and easements;
- Adjusting necessary authorisations by obtaining the required additional “donner acte”;
- Conducting ad-hoc pre-construction studies;
- Engaging with all stakeholders, including landowners, municipalities, and DREAL;
- Implementing environmental mitigation measures;
- Supporting NTR in the selection of wind turbines, as well as the BoP and TSA tenders;
- Supporting NTR in negotiating BoP and TSA contracts; and
- Selecting and coordinating all ancillary construction contracts.
The mandate was successfully fulfilled by the end of 2024, and construction commenced in January 2025.
Everoze is now continuing to support NTR by conducting construction monitoring and optimizing environmental mitigation measures. The project is expected to enter commercial operations in mid-2026.
Everoze’s work has been led by French partner Justine Malafosse supported by local partner Act’er Synergie.
