Team of Senior BESS and Grid specialists to help shape our expansion into the German market

Everoze is building out a local team in Germany. We’re open to individuals, but ideally we’re looking for a group with the following profiles:

These roles are based in Germany. Applicants must have the legal right to live and work in Germany.

You will join a growing and dynamic international team across the UK, France, Spain, Italy, and Portugal. Everoze has been active in the German market since 2018 and is now establishing a permanent local presence.

This is a unique opportunity to shape scaling our German business at a pivotal moment in the energy transition. You will help build and expand our presence locally, supported by an established team of ~90 consultants across Europe, including various German-speaking colleagues.

We are looking for motivated, experienced consultants who are willing to take on responsibility and help us build in Germany.

Salary: A competitive salary related to your experience, plus pension scheme, annual profit share and route into company ownership.

Location: Germany (hybrid working possible).

We plan to establish a permanent office, with location influenced by where our senior hires are best placed to grow the team. Preferred hubs include Hamburg, Frankfurt, Berlin and Freiburg, though we remain open to other locations where the right candidate can thrive.

Hours: Healthy level of flexible working arrangements. Full-time preferred; and will consider candidates who prefer part-time options.
