Everoze supports JLEAG on the acquisition of Moel Moelogan wind farm

Published May 2017

Everoze was delighted to support John Laing Environmental Assets Group on the acquisition of the Moel Moelogan wind farm in the UK. The project which was developed in two phases had been operating for 8 to 13 years at the time of acquisition. The total capital investment for the project from JLEAG will be £25.65m with the asset being held in the publicly traded fund.

Everoze applied our Due Diligence on Demand approach to the deal, providing flexible support across the full range of relevant disciplines specifically here including: wind turbines, energy production, O&M. Due to the asset’s age, specific attention was given to late life O&M strategy.

Muxin Ma of John Laing Capital Management commented “It was great to work with the Everoze team who brought both experience and flexibility to deliver a clear view on the technical risk profile of the asset”.
