Vendor Technical Due Diligence for a 20,000+ Asset Residential Energy Portfolio

Published September 2026

Enpal engaged Everoze to provide vendor technical due diligence for the sale of a majority stake in a portfolio of more than 20,000 operational residential energy assets and systems in Germany, with a projected capacity of 240 MW. The transaction included three holding companies and five asset-holding companies and formed part of Enpal’s platform transition. Everoze was grateful for the opportunity to support Enpal on this important transaction and help facilitate a successful outcome.

Everoze delivered an independent technical due diligence review for disclosure to a consortium of prospective investors. Our assessment focused on the portfolio and organisational structure, ESG processes, energy yield, product design, quality assurance arrangements, technical contracts and maintenance reserve assumptions.

Margarita Tutygina, Investment Manager at Enpal mentioned “We would like to thank Everoze for the excellent collaboration. We really enjoyed working with you on Valkyrie and hope to have the opportunity to do so again in the future.”

The report provided investors with a transparent view of the technical and operational characteristics of the portfolio. The consortium formed by Equitix, Keppel, Mizuho and MM Capital Partners made an investment of EUR 65 Million.

Everoze’s work was led by Roman Korzynietz and Christian Gertig, supported by Ragna Schmidt-Haupt, Madeleine Hill, Oliver Bryce, Julia Garcia and Stefan Mau.
