Everoze advises Profond on the acquisition of 30MW solar in 3 ground mounted UK projects developed and built by Renesola. The Project consists of Renesola modules and Huawei inverters. Everoze’s due diligence scope of work included the following technical reviews: review of the energy yield assessment, permitting, grid, tariff, technology and design, construction, operation contracts and PAC reviews.
To execute the latter scope of work, Everoze employed its industry leading technical due diligence process ensuring a dependable risk assessment, smooth communication, and continuous highlight of open or risk items. These items have then been openly discussed between the parties to design efficient mitigation measures allowing to reach the risk threshold acceptable to Profond.
Profond’s Deputy Head of the Investment Committee for Alternative Investments and Transaction Manager indicates : ” It was great to work with Everoze on this challenging transaction. As well as providing a robust assessment of the key project risks, Christophe and his team delivered the flexible and experienced support we needed to close out the commercial discussions and to get the deal done.”
Everoze work has been led by French partner Christophe Campistron supported by a broader project team including Raphaël Lagache, Jeremy Cruickshank, Jo de Montgros and Joss Boxford.
