Everoze was happy to support leading shipping, navigation and maritime risk consultancy NASH Maritime to grow their business in the clean energy sector, resulting in a 100% increase in revenue over a 12 month period.

Jamie Holmes, Director of NASH Maritime said: “Before working with Everoze we’d been operating for 2 years and were really busy in renewables and other sectors. However we were aware that it was time to refresh our broader company strategy and wanted greater clarity and direction in our renewables business. 12 months on we now have a bold and inspiring mission, much improved company structure, really great team and are growing rapidly in the renewables market. As a business we now feel much more balanced and sustainable and are hugely excited about the future.”

The work was undertaken as part of Everoze’s Catalyst programme, that uses a mix of consultancy, coaching and mentoring to help companies grow their business in clean energy. Everoze’s scope of work included mission and values workshop, capability review, leadership coaching and mentoring, connections, and business development plan.

Everoze’s work was led by Zoe Barnes and Paul Reynolds and supported by a broader project team including George Gibberd and David Thomason.
