Everoze advises on refinancing a 92MW solar portfolio in the UK

February 2018

Everoze was delighted to advise Aviva Investors on the refinancing of a 92MW operational solar portfolio, sponsored by OCP and arranged by IDCM Ltd. The newly aggregated portfolio comprises 17 SPVs holding 37 separate ground-mounted and commercial rooftop solar sites and more than 3,000 residential rooftop installations currently owned and managed by Oxford Capital.

Everoze applied our Due Diligence on Demand approach, delivering a fresh take on asset risk. Our scope of work included technical, operational and O&M reviews, post & pre-construction energy assessments, site visits and review of the EPC contracts and of the energy yield assessment.

The Everoze work was led by partners Christophe Campistron and Jo de Montgros, supported by a broader project team including Jeremy Cruickshank, Thiebault Mura and Raphael Lagache.

Florian de Chaisemartin, Director – Infrastructure & Renewable Energy at Aviva Investors quote « We are very pleased Everoze supported our detailed due diligence work on this new debt investment into the UK solar sector, which strengthens Aviva Investors’ track record of investments in the renewable sector across the UK and Europe.  We have a strong appetite for investments into the renewable sector which meet our client requirements of long-term low risk cash flows »
