Everoze is pleased to be working with Martin Schlecht, a highly experienced renewable energy and energy storage professional based in Hamburg, as we continue to strengthen our presence in the German market. Martin supports Everoze in an independent consulting capacity, alongside his own advisory practice.

Martin is a mechanical engineer (Dipl.-Ing.) with more than 25 years of experience across the power and renewable energy sector, specialising in battery energy storage systems (BESS), utility-scale solar PV and hybrid power systems. His expertise spans storage sizing, engineering and grid integration, co-location with PV, and business case analysis across energy shifting, grid services and ancillary service markets. Over the course of his career, Martin has acted as technical and transaction advisor, owner’s engineer and lender’s technical advisor on projects spanning more than 30 countries. Martin previously co-founded and led the technical advisory firm Suntrace, now Dornier Suntrace.

As Everoze continues to support clients navigating Germany’s rapidly evolving energy transition, Martin’s local and international experience in energy storage, solar and hybrid systems further strengthens our ability to provide independent, high-quality advice across development, investment and financing activities.
