BeApplied platform

We run our hiring processes through the BeApplied platform to avoid any unconscious bias. Candidates are asked to answer 3-5 short questions designed to give them the opportunity to demonstrate the core skills we are looking for. These will be reviewed anonymously, before reviewing any CVs, details or even names, and the highest scoring applicants will be invited for interview.

We provide paid internships through university partners available to relevant students at the partner institutions.

Salary peer-review

Our salaries are peer reviewed each year by selecting 4 to 8 reviewers who decide a raise amount and provide constructive feedback.

Everoze has partnered with the SMBP which is a charity that supports students from disadvantaged backgrounds to gain work experience and competencies to enable them to have access to a wider variety of career opportunities.

We believe that a strong and healthy work life needs a strong a healthy home life. We encourage flexible working practices for all to be there for the kids’ swim lessons, a favourite hobby or learning new skills. Many of our partners work part time or adopt other flexible ways of working to achieve this balance within our self-managed structure.
