Everoze was delighted to act as technical advisor for the financing and construction of the Kahone and Kael solar power projects which will become the 7th and 8th largest solar power plants constructed in Senegal.
Following on from our role as Technical Adviser on the acquisition of the 30MW portfolio by Profond in February 2017, Everoze has continued to provide support during these past two years.
Everoze was appointed as member of the commitment committee by the crowdfunding platform WiSEED to advise on innovative RE technologies and projects. The general public can then invest into the pre-selected projects.
Everoze was very pleased to advise PiP on the acquisition and to subsequently act as lender’s advisor.
Everoze was delighted to act as technical advisor to EnBW in their acquisition of Valeco, a French developer of wind & solar photovoltaic projects.
The projects have been developed to target provision of ancillary services in the upcoming DS3 Volume Capped and Volume Uncapped tenders
